All items are handmade and final sale. Once your order has been processed, no refund will be issued. Please read all pertinent information pertaining to your item listing, including shipping details and product materials prior to purchase. 

Ready-to-ship pieces are shipped within 3-5 business days, while made-to-order items are shipped within 4-10 weeks depending on order volume. Made-to-order items cannot be expedited for events. If you would like an item for a specific date and purpose, please submit a Commission Form.

BitingBatCollection is not responsible for items lost or stolen by mail services, however damages are under a warranty with a free repair. If you suspect your order was lost or stolen, file a missing mail claim
