Refund and Shipping Policies
Order processing : After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another email notification when your order has shipped, and lastly, a notification when it has been delivered.
Expedited shipping: If you need your order sooner and the piece in your cart is ready to ship, please choose priority or express shipping at checkout. Made-to-order necklaces cannot be expedited. If you need a specific arrival date for an event, please submit a Custom Jewelry Form.
Worldwide shipping available: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for any damages caused by the mail service, as we ensure that all items are fit for shipping prior to fulfillment. If you receive a damaged item, email bitingbatcollection@gmail.com
Repairs are free. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. One-way shipping will be covered by us upon return.
