Policies

All sales are final. Once your order has been received, no refund will be issued. Any unauthorized refund requests will be audited as fraudulent in accordance with any final institutions involved. Ready-to-ship pieces are processed within 2-3 weeks from the date of ordering. All made-to-order pieces are processed within 4-8 weeks from the date of ordering, not including holidays. This is due to high order volume. Made-to-order items are handmade in the order they are received. Each item listing contains pertinent shipping information in the description. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another email notification when your order has shipped, and lastly, a notification when it has delivered. 

 Worldwide shipping available: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We are not responsible for any damages caused by the mail service, as we ensure that all items are fit for shipping prior to fulfillment. If you receive a damaged item, email bitingbatcollection@gmail.com

Repairs are free. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. You will receive a shipping label to return the item for repair.
